Awapuni Speedway 2025/2026 Terms & Conditions.



This event is run by Gisborne Speedway Club Inc. 



MTF Gisborne Awapuni Speedway promotes an exciting and fun environment for the whole family. 



Terms and Conditions are Binding: Tickets to the Event are sold or given and admission to the Event is granted on the express condition that you are bound by these Event Terms and Conditions and any other rules and regulations issued by the Promoter (Event T+Cs). By purchasing an Event ticket you agree to be bound to the Event T+Cs. 



Alcohol and drugs are strictly banned and intoxicated persons will be refused entry and removed from the grounds.  



Gisborne Speedway Club Inc is proudly a family entertainment venue and respectfully request that you abide by the following:

1.     Any person/s creating a disturbance will be removed.

2.     No animals are permitted

3.     Should it be necessary due to weather, mechanical, electrical or any other unforeseen circumstance to abandon a Speedway meeting before four (4) races are completed a cancellation pass will be issues. No money will be refunded under any circumstance. The cancellation pass will not be valid for use at any national title meetings. 



We reserve the right to refuse admission to any person or persons. Speedway racing is a dangerous sport & all persons attending this meeting do so entirely at their own risk. Every precaution is taken to ensure the safety of all attending. 



 There will be no refund of any unused portion of an event ticket if you or your invitees are asked or forced to leave the event for any of the reasons set out in the event terms and conditions or if you decide not to attend the event. 



You must follow the reasonable directions of Event staff and comply with the law at all times during the Event.



Event Tickets:Entry to the Event Site will be granted with presentation of:

- a valid bar-coded ticket; or

- a valid bar-coded print-at-home PDF ticket;

or- a valid bar-coded Passbook ticket (electronic ticket on mobile device). 



Cameras and video recording equipment are permitted within the venue strictly for PRIVATE AND PERSONAL USE ONLY. Live streaming of any kind, by any method or platform is not permitted without the prior authorization by the Gisborne Speedway Club Inc. The promotions reserve the right to evict you from the venue if you are found to be live-streaming. 



Pursuant to booking, the Promoter may need to collect and keep personal information about you including your name, address, phone number and the names of all ticket allocations. Unless you tell us otherwise, the Promoter may disclose your contact details to third parties if you elect to receive such information as required by law or as permitted under the Privacy Act 1993. Please note that all payment information is handled by Stripe and subject to their terms and conditions, no information on Credit Cards is stored by Flicket or Gisborne Speedway Inc.
